UPDATE
Looking for some cheapish bits:
SORTED Black quill stem (preferably cinelli, 3ttt, Salsa). Can be quite ratty, but needs to work. needs to be quite long 110 or up, preferable 120. clamp size either 26mm or 24.5mm.
SORTED Black classic road drop handlebars. I don't mind too much about width but above 40 would be good. Not too bothered about scratches because I'll be taping them up. Clamp size to match the stem above (or vice versa).
Wouldn't mind cheap long (120+) silver quill stem preferably 25.4mm.
