Since Friday. No lag. Camera works very well although I haven't extensively tested it.
It just fits in my pocket and is very lightweight. I've no idea if it's better than equivalent phones but I'm very happy with it. The free Chromecast was awesome too (I think Chromecasts are great and use the mirroring function all the time for demoing stuff at work, clients love it).
