'wanton or furious cycling' is usually the charge when cyclists cause injury, I think.
Not often used though. 2013 article refers to the previous use being in 2008.

Indeed, now whether the offence should be 'without due care and attention' or 'dangerous'? I don't know what the options are for cycling?
