I have one of these http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B008CEUQBO which is perfectly adequate. Right ear only in theory, but I took to it with a stanley knife and some sugaru and it works for my left now

I have some Bluetooth earphones I got from Aliexpress for about £6. Sound quality fairly good when they're working but connection does sometimes get a bit crackly. They're called qy7 or something.
