Yeah, we bought our place
Bit like going on ebay, don't go drunk as you can't afford to get carried away. Stick with the amount you had set
You don't get given a little paddle
Wait for all the other bidders to drop off
Have a massive poo before going in as I was shitting myself

It is pretty much my dream house. Quiet secluded Cul-de-sac with bloody cobbles. E1. Bargain Price (less than my flat). Next to parks. In need of renovation. Perfection.
Not really prepared for a move,and due to other life things timing is awful, heartbreaker...
