HH is probably as social as track gets. Are you accredited?
If so, enter track league under LFGSSCC (free membership) and start talking to people. If you get on with people, ask about their club, what they do.

Nah, I'm full beginner! Got a track day at Lee Valley for Christmas so will give that a go and then pop down to HH.
