I have a moon comet http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00A77SNHI/ref=pe_385721_51767431_TE_dp_1 mounted to my headtube which is reasonable and doesn't take up bar space (if that's why you want stem mount).

The light above, and the Lezenye ones have a rubber strap which and be twisted 90ยบ so you could mount on a stem.
