Gotcha. Not sure I could recommend anyone. It's an easy job in terms of skills so pretty much any trade can do it. It's the kind of semi-skilled work that labourers get charged with. You know it's dead simple if you hire a cement mixer and get a piece of 4x2 long enough to span the floor in one direction. Best to do it with 2 people though. Otherwise a local building firm might put a couple of labourers on it for a day. If you've got any renovations going on on your street you might find a couple of guys who can speak english well enough to organise it. They'd probably knock it out in a few hours. Just be ready with the spirit level.
