Or...for majority of online companies, efficiency of returns could well be the difference between losing a sale or not. Few Rapha buyers will go elsewhere, they know this. So they don't give a shit and don't increase staff. 3 weeks processing time is very poor. But yes, it's not worth getting upset about.
Right - I'm not trying to defend Rapha or their returns department, but they have got busier as the years have progressed.
There are very few companies who operate both retail and online stores that are truly well prepared for the annual seasonal rush. ALL firms will understaff because of costs.
Just be calm and don't sweat the small stuff - you'll get your dinero in good time.
