I have a cupboard full of suppliments to justify.
I'm overdosing on vitamins at the moment in an attempt to up my odds of avoiding sickness. Maybe I'm fooling myself. But anythings Worth a shot at this time of year up here. Its build time. So negative TSB. Pluss its cold season. Not a great combo. The more serious cyclists I know up here, even avoid training outside. Me, I stick to vitamins and snowbiking. Seems to work OK.
All I'm saying is look at the studies. The new studies, not the ones that are sponsored by the magic potion producers that sponsor the tri magazine.
