Yes, if you sign up for their newsletters it normally gives an outline of the two options. I'd go for the longer / faster I reckon. Coz i think i'm fast (and long).
@amey my motivation and mojo is a bit precarious and could do with trying something different.

@Jim1985, I haven't but would be interested to hear how you get on - Cadence is local to me as well and I'd consider going along one week. IIRC they have different grades of ride, which one are you going for?
