Best measure first, @Eroika.pl could measure the steerer on the fork.
Then check with a frame builder to see if it's possible (affordable) to extend a threaded steerer.
heard there was place in london that did it for £50. I guess engraving and potential re-chroming is the expensive part though.
I talked to the guy at SeaBass and they said it can be done. They said they'd remove the current steerer completely and then weld a new longer one in.
