  • Why's the logo on crooked?

  • Stripping of the Canyon above has begun!

We start off by cutting the transfers off. Here's a little 'during' photo..

  • Finished!

  • We're holding another giveaway!

  • Entered.. pick me pick me!

  • Canyon finished!

We stripped the original paint by hand and primed the frame with carbon specific primer.
We used the Canyon decal as a stencil so this frame has no decals stuck onto it. The colour difference is so small that you can only see it in certain light, then it disappears again.

  • Here's what we've recently received! Stripping starts tomorrow..

  • don't want to be rude but what's the point of this thread exactly? seems that's a marketing output for a single company?

  • Eh, they were on the forum before they launched. Quite a few forumites have touted their businesses on here, and quite a few other forumites have bought their wares. Don't see the problem.

  • Yes/No.

James is an original forumenger and has contributed to the community long before he started painting.

  • We also have a Rapha thread, a Howies thread, a Colnago thread etc etc.

The difference is this is mostly post from the owner themselves but I dont really see that as an issue

  • Plus I quite looking at the frames that come in and how they end up.

  • ^ yeah this, and the stuff shown and done is very very nice...

  • It may be a little self-serving but I really like showing off the work we've done, I kind of fell into it so I've got genuine passion for what we do.

I'd like to think I give back to the LFGSS community, I regularly offer paint-work advice (even when people decide to paint their own bikes!). I also go out of my way to find a business on this forum before I go anywhere else. I've used architects, photographers, graphic designers, web designers and I recently landed someone a full time job!

  • We also get to work with cool stuff...

  • who made that?

  • Swallow?

    Designed for belt drive?

  • dont see any problem with this thread. quite like looking at the paintjobs

  • Designed for belt drive?

    What makes you say that?

  • the split in the dropout

  • I quite like looking at this stuff, you should do an album of a bike start to finish

  • standard portland machine works polydrops no?
