It'll be pretty close.. I think I'll take a chance though. I can get the steered extender if worst comes to worst right?

Best measure first, @Eroika.pl could measure the steerer on the fork.
Then check with a frame builder to see if it's possible (affordable) to extend a threaded steerer.

I'm not sure that steerertube is long enough for the Tommasini.
Very reasonable price for that frameset!
