Correct - BB30 bearings are 6806 bearings (usually 6806-2RS for 2 rubber seals)

This is probably a dumb question, but are all BB30 bearings the same, i.e. if I need to replace a set I don't need to source them from the (obscure) BB manufacturer?
Life was a lot easier when the only issue you had to worry about with a BB was whether it was British or Italian threaded.
I have loads due to a purchasing decision which upon reflection looks a little intemperate - I'll swap you a pair for my jigsaw?
