After a cheap winter bike. 55/56/57 cm.
Preferably shimano, mudguard eyelets not essential, alu preferred over steel. Ideally "operational" as a minimum but I'm happy to do some fettling to get it running smoothly.
Ideally without wheels (as I'll be selling them anyway so could do without the admin).
Based EC4 or SW14 but can also travel around m25
