  • So I made loads of beef broth/stock/consomee on Saturday... Straight in the fridge and made a pho for dinner tonight, it was wonderful...

    Lots of beef neck and cheek meat leftovers... I've been sprinkling it with my BBQ rub and chucking it in a cast iron pan with a glug of oil then heating it up slowly to soak up the seasoning... My God it's good between a couple of slices of bread (GF in my case)... Best man-snack ever... #csb
