Could I see the John Harris with wheels on it and ask you to measure the standover height? Also are the headset and bottom bracket included? If so what kind of condition are they in? How long is its headtube?

Headset and BB included in fine shape, all parts from this were hardly used, The wheels were butter smooth which i've transplanted to another bike. front tyre is flat in this pic -

Standover is slightly to large for me, sorry. I assume the other frame is about the same?
