John Harris, little known Manchester builder. Reynolds 531 Steel. Likely 1990s/2000s built, for 700C wheels
Paint quite thick but good looking. Like me. Shimano headset and BB in good order included. Not drilled for brakes.

my ex's dad was john 'arris from yorkshire .....maybe i should get it for him since i crashed his car !

Could I see the John Harris with wheels on it and ask you to measure the standover height? Also are the headset and bottom bracket included? If so what kind of condition are they in? How long is its headtube?

Headset and BB included in fine shape, all parts from this were hardly used, The wheels were butter smooth which i've transplanted to another bike. front tyre is flat in this pic
