He clearly doesn't think a lot of his own customers, treating them like mugs isn't going to do him much good in the long run. It's fucking hilarious though that the most deluded chairman is leading three most deluded club with the most deluded fans. They really are the gift that doesn't stop giving.
I prefer we give gifts rather than mediate who can and cannot board trains in their own home cities, or beers and punches to lone foreign lookin staff having destroyed their property. But yeah I get what you mean.....
