Think guardiola has his work cut out, and will have to coach up a lot of the players there, they gave the ball away far too easily today, and if guardiola wants anything he wants possession of the ball, if the players can't provide that they'll be gone. Looking at City, apart from the players you mention I'm not sure any of the others would be coveted by any of their rivals...

If city need a decent centre back, I'd suggest they stop getting Txiki to keep trying to find him!
Otamendi, Mangala, Chygrynskiy, Henrique and Caceres have been his last five picks costing £140m+ all of them flops.
City also need to new full backs to play under Pep and more technical central midfielders. I'd imagine we'll see 5-7 players in and a similar number leaving

City aren't that fucked. They need a decent centre back, and have done for at least two seasons, to work with Kompany. And they need someone other than ya ya. They have de bruyne and sterling and silva.
They need aguero to stay fit.
