Hey man, great thread! I bought an old TT frame a while back which came with a fair few bits I've no need for. I can let you have them for super cheapz if you need. I've got a Pro Synop cockpit (with a couple of different extension options), Sram TT500 levers (red) and 10spd TT shifters (although looks like you have these covered). Need to have a dig, but pretty sure I'll have 10 spd ultegra front and rear mechs and a Sram Apex chainset (53/39). I'll have a look properly tonight at the parts bin, but give me a shout if any of that sounds useful. Oh I've also got a virtually brand new ISM Adamo saddle (think it's the road version) which Mrs Ratty bought but instantly disliked!

Couple of bad pics of the current situation:
I was a little concerned by the very short 25.0 seat post but looking good so far - that's it set, very roughly, at the same height as my road bike and reach is very similar too. That gives me a good ammount of room for adjustment of reach at least as I'm on a 130mm stem on the road bike.
