But if you already know that, yeah from scratch would be fun

Yeah starting from scratch make it much more of a challenge when you're at level 1.

It's a shame I can't do the 1 intelligence run anymore, dialogues remain unchanged unlike NV (and FO3?)

Yep it's a better fps than NV and FO3 but a worse RPG in that respect
