I'll take the C13 if the carbon rails don't require special seatpost clamps, as in Thomson should be ok?

If the seat post clamps from top and bottom you should be alright. I was running it with a Ritchey Link seat post and it worked fine, no adapter needed.
The rails are ovalised, but I think only side clamping posts like Enve need adapters.
