In no particular order - but thanks for all the comments
1. cold enough already
2. thanks - I did not realise the windproof did not breathe that badly
3. Would either have to leave at 4am to get to work for 9 or take the train!

trains can be sweaty

move house so you are closer to work (nice but probably very pricey)
