Yup. I could copy the conversation over to Bad Traders but I suppose it won't achieve much. At the end of the day I have no proof that the wheel was previously damaged, it's just my word against his :(
I sometimes wish I'd just sent the wheel back and asked for my money instead of getting it fixed. But then someone else might have ended up having it and if it broke in the velodrome during a sprint then a lot of people could get hurt. I suppose that's the way to look on the bright side of all this!
