They'll be 5 separate stickers.
If you want to have the most accurate application then you'll need to use some low-tack transfer film or low-tack tape, stick that over the letters whilst they're still on the backing, peel the whole lot of as one, stick it on your bike and then remove the low-tack.
Best if you can use something transparent.
