It wouldn't. The quick and cheap way to make custom aero frames is to CNC mill structural foam to the desired shape minus a few mm, then wrap in pre-preg carbon fibre, bag it up, suck out all the air from the bag and cook until crisp.
Thats actually pretty interesting.
I Wonder if it would be a quick and economical way of producing custom shaped aero frames. 3D print a framework designed to optomise aero-Dynamics for a specific riders size, shape, and position. Then vacuum form a polymeric Outer layer over it.
