I ended up With a MTB stem. Still my most aero option as it has my Junction Box in it, With my Di cables exiting a hole I drilled in my eye wateringly expensive carbon bars, then out the back of the stem.
Not sure it makes any difference when I have the Extensions on. But it does mean I only have the Di2 cables from the TT shifters entering the faceplate of the stem.
The fit of the 110mm seems Perfect for both road and tri. But then I Guess thats how the geometry of the bike is designed to work.
