These are from the last SW workgroup meeting.
You have the option to upload a photo to your license this year, but no where does it say it is mandatory. Expect bc are now saying it is. But I've already got my license because I pay by direct debit annually. So I have a blank laminated license I can't stick a photo to. But if you haven't paid for your license yet, when you do, they'll withhold it until up upload a passport photo.
