What are you on about? I didn't say British cycling events did I? I clearly said America didn't I? It's right fucking there in plain text.
And besides. You're wrong. Uci level teams will be allowed to use disc brakes in the 2016 events that they are allowed to if they chose to.
Also, cross and mtb are governed by British cycling and you can use discs as a free for all in either of those disciplines.
Get some facts bro.
