^^For some reasons my phone won't update contacts via synch (it is quite old). Not sure if there is a setting that I need to enable but I can't find it.
Messages are SMS & MMS. It is the standard SMS app on my phone so I don't think there is any encryption.
^Titanium needs root so can't use that.
