It's quite easy to fuck things up. Guardiola, money, decent back room staff, best academy in the north west, aguero, silva.
It would take someone with no nous, respect, or ability to ballz that up.
The only negatives I see are wobbly back line and ya ya. I can see pep fixing that quickly.
