I'm not sure that second bike is supposed to have a 700c front. A couple of things don't look right. Look how horizontal the stays look in the picture compared to the others. It would put the bottom bracket up above 300mm which is way too high. I also crudely put a ruler along the fork and headtube and the tyre contact patch should be quite a way ahead of where it is. I think it would be quite hairy to ride like that.
I think the way to confirm is probably to measure the bottom bracket height on yours with the two 700c wheels on. If it's 275-290mm from floor to centre then it's probably correct; any higher and I think it's wrong and should have a 650 or 26" front.
