You've to respect what Guardiola did at Barça.
I'm not convinced that he maximised the potential of the team at Bayern in the CL at least. One thing is cruising to the Bundesliga title in a Maybach another is doing it in a more competitive league.
Him winning the PL with the current crop of players at City is not a given. If anything that job is a massive risk for his reputation.
