Ok, using Amazon as a comparison site the GR is £433.88 and the GR2 is £440.99.

If there's only £7 in it I imagine that the GR2 wins!

I just sold mine for $525C (£264), better price than I hoped for, not as much as some predicted. Sounds like a good match for you, as long as you're comfortable with the 28mm equivalent lens, I wasn't and re-purchased the lumpier, a little slower and smaller sensored GXR w/50mm equivalent.
