Nope one is a spare and it is a work of art. They are just so pretty. There needs to be museum of pretty bicycle parts. To me the are art like that colnago.

Super nice cranks of yours! I'm assuming the 9 speed variant?

Gotta admit the Campag kit is a work of art! I've been searching for the original 11 speed groupset with the silver aluminium parts for a c59 build I'm attempting.
