Eating meat isn't an 'addiction' though is it, the reason we like meat is because its nutritious and gives us many of the vitamins and proteins we need in one go, instead of foraging around dozens of vegetable types in order to maintain our bodies. Our bodies likes to eat meat because its useful to us and thats why it tastes so good.

Compare that to many vegetable products that our body has issues even digesting, like wheat.

So, this Saturday from about 5 (have something else on which finishes at around 4 in SE1) I'll go to the opening party of the new vegan caff at the Royal Sovereign in Northwold Road, and after that to London Vegan Drinks in Wood Green. Do join me if you'd like to.

Does anyone have a preferred source of this stuff? I'd like to get it somewhere other than whole foods where it costs some £4.50 a tin.
