Yeah I would, especially as a commuter, slightly lighters have it's advantages, you can get a 26" 35mm Kojak for a similar weight as a 700c 23mm Gatorskins.
So would 35mm Kojacks be faster than 32mm paselas?
Yes, latter is design as a touring tyres.
The thinner sidewall, slick carcass and lightweight build contributed greatly.
