Main thing is I no longer have cravings for bad food and snacks and am enjoying the exercise. it's just that I'm bored and it hasn't even been 3 weeks. It's a long ass jourey.
You are doing it way quicker than me dude; my metabolism was (is?) not as good as many people.
Long journey yes but the payoff is good! Do you have a target? Mine was 7 mins up box hill or something daft ..
I got up Box Hill in under 7 mins when I was 86kg......it's not all about weight.
