Ultegra 6600 shifter reach adjustment shims

I've just bought a pair of Ultegra 6603 shifters for the wife's bike. She has small hands however, so I need some of those little rubber reach adjustment shims they originally came with. They actually came with two sizes, ideally I'd be looking for the thicker of the two.

Does anyone have a pair by any possible chance?

Yeah I know, I'm looking for the correct shims as they don't leave an unsightly gap at the front.
