  • Cheers for that. I did see their 'we do not sell frames without consultation. Call us!' order. I suppose it's done with good intentions but most will know their requirements given what they sell.

  • I can see why they do it (to stop people ordering them and returning them because they got the size wrong) but it would be nice if they had an 'I know what I'm doing, I take responsibility for my decisions' option. Then again, I feel that way about lots of things...
