You're safe buying a frame from Bike24, but it's a bit of a PITA as they feel the need to 'advise' you about what size frame you need, and require you to fill in a long form with various body measurements so that they can confirm that you do indeed know what size frame you need. But other than that they're good to deal with. They had difficulties getting the ceramic FSA bottom bracket my Supersix frame was supposed to come with, so they threw in a ceramic Rotor one instead.
Cheers for that. I did see their 'we do not sell frames without consultation. Call us!' order. I suppose it's done with good intentions but most will know their requirements given what they sell.
I can see why they do it (to stop people ordering them and returning them because they got the size wrong) but it would be nice if they had an 'I know what I'm doing, I take responsibility for my decisions' option. Then again, I feel that way about lots of things...
