@fizzy.bleach - if you're still looking (appreciate your post is a few weeks old), I think I have the adapter - will check it is the same one tonight, but it is a new shimano adapter and looks like that. I'm in SE23.

Anyone else: I can't find my cable cutter and need one this weekend, if poss. Anyone got one near to SE23?

I still need the adapter but have put the work off until I can be bothered (i.e. on the never never!)

I have a cable cutter you're welcome to use if I can find it as my house is upside-down due to building work. I'm in Streatham SW16 but up near Crystal Palace/#wn4lyf.
