I thinks so, though I was trying to service the jockey wheels today and one allen key bolt is rounded off so I will try using an imperial set to see if I can get enough grip.
I withdraw it from sale in the meantime.

Shimano jockey wheels. Yes, they need new grease.
Thread of the rear hanger bolt are a bit worn. I have tried it on a frame and engages and tightens up well but I guess it needs careful fitting.

4) Shimano 600 Arabesque
Good condition.
Bottom jockey wheel needs regressing as it spins a bit heavily.
There is a scratch mark behind the main body, that won't show once fitted.
Just noticed that it has got the pinching nut missing, so will look for one.
