@fizzy.bleach - if you're still looking (appreciate your post is a few weeks old), I think I have the adapter - will check it is the same one tonight, but it is a new shimano adapter and looks like that. I'm in SE23.
Anyone else: I can't find my cable cutter and need one this weekend, if poss. Anyone got one near to SE23?
