I'm looking at Peugeots and this Peugeot has identical lugwork..
I have looked up http://www.bikeboompeugeot.com/index.html
and from this I have dated the the Normandy hubs to 1978.
the Headbadge is 80's and the splash decals on the side are 1988-1990.
