Headset needs tightening

Headset needs a spacer or there is nothing to tighten it against. This bike isn't safe to ride, get it properly built or sell the parts separately.

Why would someone repaint a Raleigh as a Claud? It's just bizarre. There are plenty of old Claud frames available.

But what's even more bizarre is then telling everyone you did it, and then thinking it would somehow make the thing more attractive.
