Bends in those bars look similar to nitto olympiade 115...
It's the B123, a carbon version of their popular track drop.
Not everything is from your bicycles y'know.

Would that be the first B123 that's not using a standard 25.4mm clamp? Those definitely look 31.8.
Wonder if it's based on the EAI crabon track drop bars. Nitto and EAI have worked together quite a bit in the past.
