Sadly, not any more. These used to be a kit available from the factory up until about 2006 or 2007 to allow this but it's no longer available.
You can mount an 8s Campag cassette on the 9/10/11s body, with a suitable spacer behind if you make sure to definitely torque the lockring very tight but its really not ideal (the splines are too shallow), or you can take a 9s Veloce cassette, miss the largest sprocket off and fit a Wheels Manufacturing spacer kit onto a 9/10/11s hub for 8s compatibility.

It depends of the age of the wheels , i have succesfully transformed my 95-96 zonda's from 8 to 9. But you have to find a body of that period/era ( which i luckely found in my LBS, he had some old wheels with a donor body) Bought it for peanuts . The donor body was a chorus body from around 97-98
Which wheelsare you talking about ? I think they have some age if it's still an 8 speed ...
As said you have to look for a donor body of that era -

If you find a donor body
and the casette is still on it , keep the lockring ! You'll need it ... ( That was another problem i had to solve) Lockrings of that time have a different size... -

Thanks for the comments. I wanted to know if the rear hub pictured below, is able to accept a 9 speed freehub body. I thought it was possible, but i'm not sure.
I don't really like the modern hubs. I find the older Campy hubs to look much nicer, especially the late 80s throughout the 90s and early 2000s. Was hoping to get some nice hubs to build the H Plus Son TB14 rims that I have.

Nice hubs ! As said you can change the body , but you'll have to use a 9 speed body from the same era (97-begin 2000 )

Thanks smirri. I will have to wait for the wheel build, but I shall hopefully be able to convert the 8 speed freehub body to a 9 speed one.
Tech question: Is it possible to change the freehub body of a Campagnolo 8 speed rear hub to a 9 speed freehub body? I have heard that you are able to do this on Shimano freehubs, but just wondering if it's do-able on Campy rear hubs.
