A lot of very poor and exploited illegal immigrants commute by bicycle around the out areas of west London doing odd jobs and building site labour.
Hopefully he is not too hurt, he will be petrified of the authorities, and unfortunately will not go to hospital and it's the reason why I suspect he fled the scene before the police arrived.
The drivers around hounslow can be incredibly inconsiderate to cyclists, nice to see he/she didn't flee the scene also.
